M2 INGREDIENTS LIMITS INDIRECT COSTS, ALSO REFERRED TO AS OVERHEAD OR FACILITIES AND ADMINISTRATION (F&A) COSTS, TO 10% OF THE TOTAL DIRECT COSTS (TDC) FOR MOST GRANTS. THIS INDICATES THAT FOR RESEARCH GRANTS AND VARIOUS FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES, M2 INGREDIENTS WILL REIMBURSE UP TO 10% OF THE DIRECT COSTS FOR EXPENSES SUCH AS RENT, UTILITIES, AND OTHER INSTITUTIONAL OVERHEAD.
